Healing Sound Bath: A Community Offering

In light of the tragic events of January 1st, this gathering is a time for our community to come together in shared presence and healing. We honor the lives lost and hold space for reflection and support. This is not about erasing pain but about finding comfort in collective support and stillness.

In this sound bath, healing instruments designed to clear heavy energy, support emotional release, and offer a moment of peace amidst the heaviness. This is a space to reflect, rest, and begin to find grounding as a community. Following the sound bath, you are welcome to stay for an optional half-hour of journaling, drawing, or other artistic activities as a way to process and reflect, so please feel free to bring a journal or sketchbook.
