This small-group sound bath experience is a meditative sound journey that creates an intentional space to come together in reflection, rest, and shared presence.
Each session is shaped by your group’s energy and intention, inviting stillness and connection—whether you’re celebrating something meaningful, supporting someone through a challenging season, or simply slowing down to rest and reconnect.
How It Works
Every cell in your body has a resonant frequency—the vibration at which it functions in harmony. When stress, fatigue, or emotional strain disrupt these natural resonances, the body can lose its rhythm and balance.
Sound healing works by introducing stable, restorative frequencies that help guide the body back toward harmony. During a sound bath, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, and other sound healing nstruments are carefully woven together, supporting regulation, release, and restoration across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.

Session Details
Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand what your body and energy are holding, helping guide the flow of sound. You’ll then settle into a reclined position with all props provided—a cushioned mat, head pillows, bolsters, blanket, and weighted eye cover.
Session Length: 90 Minutes
Groups of 2–4: $200 total ($50–$100 per person)
Groups of 5–8: $300 total ($38–$60 per person)
Groups of 9–12: $400 total ($33–$44 per person)
Private sessions for individuals, or groups larger than 12 people are available by request.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@earthtonesnola.com at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, as the reserved time could have been offered to another client.
