About Sound Healing

Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance. Sound moves through the body not just as something we hear, but as something we feel—affecting the nervous system, brainwave activity, and even the way energy moves through the body.

Through carefully tuned frequencies, sound healing helps shift stuck energy, release tension, and bring the body into a state of deep rest and restoration.

How Sound Affects the Body and Mind

The Role of Intuition & Body Wisdom in Sound Healing

Sound doesn’t force—it invites.  It meets you where you are, allowing your body to take in what it needs. Unlike other modalities that require effort or cognitive processing, sound healing works on a deeper, more intuitive level.

 You may experience:

  • Physical sensations  (tingling, warmth, or deep relaxation)

  • Emotional release  (a sense of lightness, clarity, or tears)

  • Visionary experiences (colors, imagery, or deep insights)

  • Deep stillness (a feeling of weightlessness, floating, or timelessness)

Whatever arises is part of the healing process. Your body knows how to respond. Sound simply creates the space for it.
