Corporate & Organizational Wellness
Group wellness experiences for conferences, corporate retreats, leadership teams, and organizational gatherings. Grounded in sound healing, these immersive experiences offer participants space to slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with clarity, balance, and presence.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience in which participants rest comfortably while live instruments create sustained waves of sound, rhythm, and vibration. An opening orientation is offered to help participants settle, after which the experience unfolds primarily through sound.
Sound and vibration interact directly with the nervous system, offering a steady sensory environment that can support regulation and recovery. Because the body relies on rhythm to regulate stress, sleep, focus, and restoration, prolonged stress or emotional strain can disrupt these natural patterns. Sound baths introduce structured, resonant frequencies that help the body soften and return toward balance without effort or concentration.
Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, and other resonant instruments are played in intentional layers to support release and restoration across the physical, mental, and emotional body.
Sessions are designed to support:
• Space to slow down and reset within busy schedules
• Release of accumulated physical and mental tension
• Greater clarity, balance, and presence
• A shared wellness experience that leaves participants feeling grounded and restored

60 Minute Group Sound Healing
This immersive sound healing journey features layered frequencies and resonant instruments that guide participants into deep relaxation and meditative rest. As the nervous system settles, tension patterns held in the body begin to soften, helping mental fatigue and emotional stress from travel, meetings, and long conference days naturally release.
Participants often experience improved clarity, focus, and a renewed sense of energy.
60 Minute Sound Healing Session with Restorative Yoga
This session begins with gentle restorative yoga led by a partner facilitator, using fully supported postures that allow the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle without effort. The session then transitions into sound healing, where vibration and resonance deepen relaxation, supporting the release of tension, and guide participants into a grounded, restorative close.
