Corporate & Organizational Wellness
Earth Tones NOLA offers group wellness experiences for corporate events, conferences, retreats, leadership teams, and organizational gatherings. Grounded in sound healing, these offerings include sound bath experiences and sound activations designed to support nervous system regulation, release accumulated tension, and restore clarity, balance, and presence within group settings.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants rest comfortably while live instruments create layered waves of sound and vibration. After a brief orientation to help participants settle, the experience unfolds as a continuous sound journey designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Sound works through rhythm, frequency, and resonance, offering the body a steady sensory environment that can encourage relaxation and release. In a world of constant stimulation, this creates space for the system to downshift and return toward balance without effort or instruction.
Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other resonant instruments are played in intentional layers to support grounding, clarity, and restoration across the physical, mental, and emotional body.
Sessions are designed to support:
• Space to slow down and reset within busy schedules
• Release of accumulated physical and mental tension
• Greater clarity, balance, and presence
• A shared wellness experience that leaves participants feeling grounded and restored

60 Minute Group Sound Healing
This immersive sound healing journey features layered frequencies and resonant instruments that guide participants into deep relaxation and meditative rest. As the nervous system settles, tension patterns held in the body begin to soften, helping mental fatigue and emotional stress from travel, meetings, and long conference days naturally release.
Participants often experience improved clarity, focus, and a renewed sense of energy.
60 Minute Sound Healing Session with Gentle Slow-Flow Yoga (All levels)
This session begins with gentle yoga led by a partner facilitator, using fully supported postures that allow the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle without effort. The session then transitions into sound healing, where vibration and resonance deepen relaxation, supporting the release of tension, and guide participants into a grounded, restorative close.
