Anarchy Yoga is the home of the Earth Tones Sound Meditation Studio and our weekly sound meditation offerings. This location hosts our ongoing sound meditation practice and provides a consistent place to return to sound as a regular practice. The studio is an intimate setting designed for small groups, with a maximum capacity of 10 participants.

Founded by Lauren Juarez, the space centers on personal agency, inclusivity, and honest engagement with practice. It is housed in a historic New Orleans building that has long been used as a place for gathering, and its scale and layout create a contained environment well suited for quiet, focused small-group sound meditation.

Earth Tones NOLA Fontainebleau Studio

The Earth Tones NOLA Fontainebleau Studio is our dedicated Uptown location for private sessions and small group offerings, serving one-on-one work or groups of up to six participants. This space is used exclusively for Earth Tones offerings.

The studio was created specifically for private work, with attention given to sound quality, comfort, and continuity. Its quiet, contained setting supports focused sessions designed for privacy and continuity, allowing for a more personal pace of sound-based work.

Earth Tones at Swan River Yoga Mandir

Earth Tones uses Swan River Yoga Mandir for larger gatherings, including workshops and organizational wellness offerings. This location allows for group sizes of up to approximately 45 participants.

Swan River Yoga Mandir has been part of the New Orleans wellness community since 2008 and has long served as a space for group practice, learning, and community gatherings. The larger studio space supports sound-based offerings at a broader scale and is used for Earth Tones programs that benefit from a shared, collective setting.
